A supplier record can hold the supplier name, a contact name, email, a website where one is recorded, an internal note, and whether the supplier is active. Purchase history for that supplier sits on the same record, so the team is not reconstructing the relationship from emails and memory.

Yes. The supplier record includes purchase history: previous orders, their status — including pending, delivered and cancelled — and order totals. A new order can also be created from that same supplier record.

No. Supplier management is the record of who the practice works with and the order history attached to those suppliers.
